Having completed his primary, secondary and high school education at Adana Private Çukurova Bilfen Schools, Dr.Nowvar received his medical education at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine between 2000 and 2006.
During this period, between 2005 and 2006, he completed some of his medical education at the 'Universita degli Studi Di Palermo' university in Palermo, Italy. He completed his military service as a Medical Lieutenant at Batman Airport Command between 2006-2007.
Between 2008 and 2013, he specialized in Mersin University Faculty of Medicine and became a Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist. Having completed his compulsory service at Niğde State Hospital in 2013-2015, Dr. Nowvar is currently accepting patients as a Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist in his private practice in Adana.
